马上就要春节了，提前恭祝大家节日快乐，健康平安。
最近总是感觉非常疲惫，头有点晕，可能是上夜班比较多的缘故，休息不够。我怀疑自己是不是血压升高了。
父母都是因为高血压、脑梗去世的，去年刚到中年的大哥也因为高血压、脑梗瘫痪了，住进了养老院，两个孩子还小，大嫂拿走了家里所有存款，又闹着离婚。如果不是我和妹妹把他送到养老院，大哥估计只能活活饿死在家里。
因此，我本人对高血压这三个字特别敏感。自己平时需要上夜班比较多，又临不惑之年，即使得了高血压也非常正常。说实话，我心里有点害怕。
为了防止自己成为高血压患者，平时多测血压，及时发现，非常有必要。
一开始我本打算买一个可以测血压的智能手表。在网络上查询了一下，我发现目前可以测血压的智能手表很少，价格低廉的智能手表测量结果不准确，买了也没用，华为watch d据说测量血压准确，但是价格有点贵，目前京东售价2488元，比我手里的小米k40都贵，还是算了。
经过多方对比，我选择了京东上269元的有品血压计，网络上的口碑不错，它用的是锂电池，有WiFi功能，每次测量结果可以上传到手机上，数据可以长期存储。这个功能不错。
今天下午收到有品血压计，赶紧测量了一下，我的血压比较正常，就是不知道测量结果准不准。明天我让保健室大夫用手动水银血压计帮我测量一下，看看结果和我买的电子血压计是不是相近。
